Casie, Just a few hours ago you helped me with the closing on my new home. I want to thank you for exceeding all my expectations of customer service and professionalism. Buying a house is the largest purchase most of us will ever make and full of prospective pitfalls from the beginning to the very end. I finish this process with a great sense of satisfaction that I have bought the right home for me at a fair price. You remained patient as you provided me with listings that included all I asked for: a certain location, with requested features within my price range. I especially appreciated the quick response to all my communications whether it was via phone or email. I knew that after the few times I had to leave a voicemail that you would be calling me back shortly. Many of my friends were surprised when I told them that you did my homework and much of my research for me. You not only provided me with the expected "comps" for the area, but you gave me a list of insurance agents, pest control companies, title companies, and even related quotes for those needed services so I can compare prices. During the inspection phase you were supportive and encouraged me to note everything that deserved attention even though it's my tendency to think I needed to accept things "as is." Throughout the process I never once felt pressured into anything. So now I am a happy homeowner! Thank you for going above and beyond.
